New warehouse and packaging plaza showroom located in Rutherford NSW for Plasdene Glass-Pak

Design and construction contract involving the construction of a warehouse building divided by a fire wall to create two (2) separate warehouses, packaging plaza showroom, car parking, driveways and landscaping.

Drayton Group worked closely with the client in the initial stages to provide concept layouts resulting in the company being selected to prepare a full design and construct turnkey package for the facility.

Plasdene Glass-Pak is an Australian-owned and operated wholesale supplier and distributor of glass and plastic bottles, jars, containers, closures, cartons and dividers. The Rutherford development is a purpose built facility to meet the needs of their operations.
